Enhanced Time Management Week View Version 2 in Personal Size

Following on from publishing the A6 new versions of the A6 Enhanced Time Management Week View, I received some requests for personal versions of this insert.

This is the original version for personal size which is still available to download on our Diary Inserts Page.

You can download and print finished versions for this year from our diary inserts page.

This is my updated version.

So the changes I have made are as follows. The daily tasks were moved across to the left hand page.

On the right hand page I expanded each section, moving the daily tasks has resulted in an increased number of slots for tasks.

I've also labelled the Notes and Communications entries so that the entries can be cross-referenced in the daily task entries as you assign them through each week.

I looked at my entries in the previous version and realised that I could reduce the width of the appointments column to be able to include the daily tasks.

If using the PDF files be sure to set it to print at full size as explained here for Personal size paper.

But if you want to use this layout as a starting point for your own personalised creation, then you'll need to download the base Word file and the Excel data source.

This second variation  does away with the daily tasks and adds in some more appointment slots in their place. The right hand page remains as the previous version.

When you've made all the changes you like to the template, you can perform a mail merge to create your own insert for any period you like. Check out our Free Diary Inserts link if you want more information on how to do this, including videos.

Once again a big thank you to Ray at 'My Life All In One Place' for his hard work and co-operation with helping to create and support us with all these inserts.
