Month on Two Pages Diary Insert - Lined

By now you would think Ray and I had supplied more or less every format you could possibly think of.

We still get the odd request from time to time. However, we only create additional inserts if we can see that the suggestion will be popular for the wide spread community. With the 'catalogue' of inserts being so large now, you can imagine any additional design just adds to our workload in maintaining additional designs in various sizes and formats.

Today we are releasing a lined version of our Month on Two page insert or Month Per View if you wish. We have adapted our existing blank square insert to add the lines and I tweaked the design slightly to make it look a bit better.

So this insert is available as an A4/A5 file

You can download and print finished versions for this year from our diary inserts page

And I'm also making it available as a Personal on Personal paper type file as well.

To print the files on A4 paper. For the A5 insert, use booklet print, or alternatively print on to A5 paper scaling the file by 70%

But if you want to use these layouts as a starting point for your own personalised creation, then you'll need to download the base Word file and the Excel data source (you'll need both).

When you've made all the changes you like to the template, you can perform a mail merge to create your own insert for any period you like. Check out our Free Diary Inserts link if you want more information on how to do this, including videos.

  5. Good Day
Quick question, are you developing a source file that has a way to enter in recurring events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. It would be a great addition to this layout to print the insert with pre-populated dates automatically with the mailmerge. Thanks in advance!

    1. I've tried this out in the past, but given that you would still have to edit the file every year the position of the birthdays, it doesn't work so well.

To give you an idea. Look at the Excel file and change the year in A2 and notice how the dates shift relative to say a column of birthdays. Each year you would have to move the birthdays to the correct dates.

There is an insert in the Files section on the site for a Birthdays and Anniversaries page, I use this myself.
